Launch of a new product

Pharmaceutical company A, based in Eastern Europe, approached Hygieia with a special challenge: it wanted to enter the energy enhancement market with a highly effective and safe product. Our pharmacists suggested the clinically proven, patented agent Peak ATP as an active ingredient. After closely examining the clinical studies, the customer gave us the green light.

Hygieia Health assumed responsibility for developing the formulation, as well as for homogenizing the ingredients and producing the individual doses in our own facilities. In addition, we actively supported the product approval process for Eastern Europe. The result: the product was launched without delay or difficulty, even faster and more cost-effectively than expected – thanks to the rewarding collaboration with Hygieia Health.

Optimization of cost-effectiveness

The British pharma company B had enjoyed ten years of success with its chondroitin and glucosamine products. In recent years, however, rising raw material costs and unfavorable business terms demanded by retailers had placed its profit margin under pressure from both sides.

The company took early action and approached Hygieia Health. With a comprehensive overhaul that resulted in an end-toend product development and production process chain, operations at company B were streamlined. Warehousing, logistics and other unnecessary cost drivers were minimized. As an added benefit, product quality was also optimized. The result: the company’s product was better than ever and its profit margin began to recover immediately.
